The overall major work done on time but required many follow-ups to get completed. Communications poor regarding type of fireplace and related blower. Not clear on how much heat would be thrown from blower - disappointed.

Team of sub-contractors abandoned job on day 3 - owner did then come onsite to paint himself with other workers but the quality of paint job was not top quality as promised.

A review for Hearthland

This was a complete renovation, some areas of the work were done well and other parts not as well as expected. Good in the overall quality of the millwork & the workers were very polite. Other parts could be improved as there were some parts that were not done to full satisfaction - did not follow client's initial requirements. Communications could also be improved as to the timing of the work scheduled to move the overall project to run efficiently and expedite client's inconvenience.
