I was very well looked after by the sales staff, and especially the installers of my custom bed. I first ordered a Cal King bed, and when it arrived, it was too small (I'm over 6ft 8" tall). I then had to order a custom size, and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. I had to pay extra $$ (sad), wait another 3 weeks, but eventually received the correct size that I wanted. If it was not for the extra charge (understandable) and the fact that the order could have been made right in the first instance with a little more customer care and service, the wait would not have been so long and my score would have been a 10. Nevertheless, they made good and I am a happy customer. If you are not as tall as I am, I highly recommend this company, and if you are over 6ft tall, you'll know you have limited choice for quality beds in the market, and these guys deliver quality made in Canada, with a friendly service.

CrownCornice were clean, good value and polite. I had an area that looked as if it needed touching up, and one of their agents, Jennifer Iantorno, came back without hesitation and fixed the issue. I highly recommend them as a fair company and nice people to do business with.

I had used The Duct Cleaning Specialist in the past, and based on their reviews thought to try them out again for my new home. I went for their full cleaning package, and when they reviewed the ducts, they said they were all clean and there was no need for a full package. They did a basic clean of the vents and only charged me for this service, saving me money. Their integrity and honesty is to do what is right for the customer...excellent service.

Also known as Maid to Clean, this company claims to provide a 100% satisfaction guarantee. They sent 2 cleaners for 2 hours, of which one was good and covered her areas well. The other seemed to clean only superficially, not deep cleaning with care and attention, missing areas as dust and hairs were left on them, where they had said they had cleaned...Contacted them to come back and clean areas they went over that were left with dust and spots, but they refused.....some guarantee!! very disappointing!

I was referred to Lee and Jim of Amerispec from a contractor, and was very pleased with the thorough inspection of the home I wanted to buy. Jim was punctual, courteous, knowledgeable and provided a detailed summary of potential issues and future maintenance tips. I noticed he was clean and respectful of the seller's property, putting things back when he had to move them to inspect. The report outlined a list of things to do to maintain any home, and ways to have your home inspection paid back by a mortgage provider. I would recommend to others.

After much searching, and reading the reviews on HomeStars, I finally decided on the Duct Cleaning Specialists to clean the ducts and furnace in my home. The owner Paul Hannah personally did the work and he was a true professional from the moment he walked in through the door, until he cleaned up afterwards and left. Paul set up his equipment, and carefully went through cleaning each vent in the house. He explained what his equipment did, and how it cleaned deep down into the heart of the ducts. He also took the time to clean the furnace, noting that the blower was off balance and so it's blade was warping. He took the time to clean the blower as well, and realigned it back into position. Paul then followed through on an inspection and noted that there was no proper airflow reaching one of the vents on the ground floor due to a gap between two joints in the basement ductwork. Not only did he seal that gap, but he took the extra time to inspect the whole duct system to find any other small gaps that could be releasing air to prevent proper airflow, and hence be increasing my heating bills. He sealed these small gaps as well. This was a much appreciated energy saving service. I was very pleased with both the work and helpful service, and i look forward to my family enjoying a healthy home from here on in.
