John was fantastic. This was a difficult, nuisance job in an awkward location but John and his team really delivered. His communication was excellent throughout, his guys were clean, tidy and respectful of my home and they worked efficiently on the day. The pricing was very reasonable considering the difficult nature of the job - we really appreciate all the care taken by John and his crew and look forward to working with him again!

Paul and his team did an excellent job that included installing an alarm system, a remote garage door opener (fitted to a 25 year old Liftmaster!), a video entry doorbell and the re-keying of existing locks to make the whole security setup more manageable. I think the caliber of a contractor is in their approach to resolving issues and to his credit, Paul arrived within 36 hours with an entire second team of qualified professionals to deal with a sticking front door and the re-location of a carbon monoxide sensor. Paul was also very thorough in explaining every aspect of the Nest and alarm system and provided a personal warranty of assistance whenever needed, complete with his personal cell number. All in all, Paul runs a very professional team of hardworking guys. I would thoroughly recommend them to all!

Moe and his team arrived punctually and carried out all their work within one day. This included wiring above-counter kitchen LED lighting, the wiring of about 30 shelving niches for display, as well as installing bathroom sconce lighting and two chandeliers. They were careful, tidy and pleasant to deal with. I would wholeheartedly recommend them to all - they were adaptable, very good at troubleshooting, very reasonable on pricing and left an immaculate job site. They even provided a 3 year warranty on their work. Moe, I'll certainly give you a call the next time I have any electrical work to be done!

I've used these guys for two years for my rental properties. They keep things neat and tidy, the tenants are thrilled and I don't need to worry about the deteriorating curb appeal of the houses from the street! Their quotes are fair and they have a good grasp of what's needed to keep the hedges and beds looking their best.

I hired Pavel and his crew to re-roof two finicky edwardian bay windows in copper. They did an excellent job. Pavel was in communication at every stage of the job - the price was fair and the tenants were surprised at just how little disruption there was. Because the bay windows are so important to the look of the house, I was adamant that the work be done carefully and in a way that complimented the period details of the facade. Royal York left the job site clean and looking better than ever!

Thanks yet again to Warren and his team! When I needed to get my rental property turned around between tenants, Warren took time out of his Florida vacation to arrange for it all to happen - Adam was neat, honest and took the time to do the job properly, everything that I've come to expect of these guys!

Warren and his team did a fantastic job of re-painting the interior of my newly-renovated heritage home in downtown Toronto. All his guys were tidy and hardworking, polite and affable. Paul and his guys did a spectacular job of what most contractors would have written off as a 'nuisance project'. After newly-acquiring a property in Queen West, I was faced with a chronically-neglected front and back garden with 6' high weeds and concrete rubble strewn everywhere. These guys arrived and in just one day (of back-breaking work) they tamed the wilderness, took away load and load of rubble and roto-tilled and sodded the entire area. In the front, they created a bed of river rock and even bettered their own quote by providing superior shrubs than those originally spec'd. My budget was very tight and these guys provided tremendous value for money. Paul was always quick to reply to my emails and kept me well-informed throughout. I really can't recommend these guys enough. A polite, hard-working group of guys who perform excellent work at reasonable prices.

Alex and his guys were a pleasure to work with. They went in on the day they promised, remained on site till the job was done and thoroughly vacuumed the place when the work was complete. Their workmanship was immaculate and they cared to ask the relevant questions rather than making assumptions. I would have no hesitation in recommending this crew - thanks Alex for a job well done!

Derek did an exceptional job of our small wallpapering job. He arrived on time, took great care to keep a tidy job-site and steamed through the job with a minimum of fuss and paper wastage. The outcome was flawless (a huge relief as the papers themselves were expensive imports!) Would recommend these guys again in a heartbeat.

I like this company a lot - often the true measure of a contractor is how they deal with problems. In my case there was an oversight in the paint finish; they fixed the problem quickly and without fuss. Kellye always answers the phone (which is a rare thing among contractors) and always strived to accommodate my own busy schedule. The guys themselves were friendly, competent and took the time to protect my house and furnishings before and after the job was complete. Highly recommended!
