We have been using Alex, and his team Adolfo and Raffa since season 2 of Income Property on every renovation the show has taken on. You wont see him every episode but he is always there, running our new electrical, installing all the light fixtures and hooking up all of our appliances. I know when Alex shows up, all that faulty wiring and anything that is not up to code gets taken care of. The electrical wiring is something I dont have to worry about when Mapleleaf shows up. Wheather its adding a couple pot lights and adding a washer and dryer line, to completely re-wiring a house, Alex and his team are always on time and budget.
