A review for Great Dane Electric

I hired Great Dane Electric because they won the Best of Award this year. I was really happy they were able to help me out with some minor electrical work that I have been needing done. I wanted to have a chandelier moved from one room to another and basically take the light from the other room and put it where the chandelier was. Sounds easy but not really! Anyways, was glad that they could help me out even though it was a small job. They came on time and got the job done!

A review for Trotter & Morton

This has been an ongoing saga in my condo, and it took three visits from Trotter & Morton over the last two years to finally fix. The thermostat in my condo has never been controllable so the heat has always been on maximum. This has been fun...not really. The one thing I can say about these guys is they have all been really nice and friendly, and for the most part I felt like they knew what they were doing. I just wish they would have figured out the problem sooner. They couldn't seem to figure out what was wrong with my thermostat until the last visit a couple of weeks ago when they finally determined that one of the wires in the floor below me must have gone wonky and that was affecting the control over my thermostat. They have finally given me a portable transformer that will cure the problem once and for all. I'm no longer at the mercy of faulty wires throughout the building..Yay!

A review for Benjamin Moore-South Pointe Paint & Deco

I was really impressed with the service I received at this store. The staff were really knowledgeable and the products I bought on their advice made my painting experience much more enjoyable and easy. The paint colour selection was great too, and the staff member helped me select it based on what I wanted to create with the room. This advice helped a lot as i was painting the room's feature walls red, and there were quite a few to choose from. She knew a lot about the different colours. I will go back there again!

A review for Koen Contracting

Koen is used by my condominium managers when tenants need something fixed. These guys did a reasonable job of replacing my thermostat, moving it, but I have not heard from them since and they determined during their visit that the wiring was not the cause of the problem. I am waiting to hear more and get my thermostat working properly once and for all.

A review for Appliance Service Centre

Terry is very organized. He came over twice, the first time to figure out the problem, the second time to fix it! I am so happy to have my dryer back in working order. If I ever need another appliance repair, I would be very comfortable calling him again.

A review for ProStar Cleaning

I was happy with the very friendly service. Overall the cleaning job was satisfactory, but for the cost, I was expecting perfection. Unfortunately I found clumps of pet hair remaining on the carpets and couch. I think they need to invest in better vacuums. I would hire them again because they were able to get me service next day, and were very friendly and courteous.

A review for Public Storage

I was always impressed with Public Storage. They had good customer service, were super organized, and were very clean. They were reasonably priced, and the unit was large enough to fit my entire apartments worth of furniture and stuff while I worked abroad for a year. The complex was also very secure. I would use them again.

A review for Home Depot - Calgary South

I was impressed with the service at Home Depot South Calgary because I really knew nothing about painting going in, and their customer service people were really helpful. She helped me pick out all the tools, and told me how much paint I would need. I went back a second time and even consulted with someone about colours. They were really friendly. The only thing I didn't find convenient was the line up at the paint mixing station. they should have more than one person working there, because they are kept pretty busy!
