We met with Britt early on, knowing we wanted to update our back Patio Door and front Bay Window before winter, and before the end of the Green-On Program. Britt was extremely knowledgeable and did not try to up-sell us any unnecessary features/products. He was quick to update us on the status of our order, and was great to make changes when we needed them. He also proved to be most helpful the day of the install when we had questions on things. There was a bit of confusion on the day of the install - the team was amazing but did show up about 1.5 hrs earlier than we had arranged, and so we were not prepared, but made it work. Bruno and his team did an especially amazing job on our front Bay Window, which was originally installed incorrectly over 20 yrs ago. There was no vapor barrier or proper install of the insulation, as well as no proper cuts to our original brick, so the Bruno had to think on his feet to make the new skirting and window work, which ultimately proved to be a bit more time consuming for them than any of us anticipated. They worked hard through the day and remained extremely professional, ensuring we knew what was going on at all times. Bruno was more than accommodating when we weren't so sure on what the final result would be for the look of the Bay Window, and stayed late to make sure it was all done the same day. They kept our home and exterior safe and clean through the entire process. We would absolutely recommend Dalmen Pro to anyone looking to upgrade their windows and doors - and will definitely be having them back to replace our basement windows next year!

We originally hired ONEWAY to simply refresh our main bathroom, keeping the existing layout, but during the design process made a big change to completely gut and reconfigure the entire space. From our first meeting with Wesley, we could see and appreciate his passion for making homes more functional – and ultimately safe – for his clients. He took a lot of time to go through any concerns we had with the bathroom as a whole so that he could provide the most accurate quote and drawings. Once the work began, Justin, Connor and Dave were extremely professional and respectful of not only us, but our home, and also our neighbors. The project began a few weeks before Christmas, so they worked long hours and kept the entire space clean and safe from start to finish ... which was especially important with our 2 year old running around. Everyone's attention to detail is outstanding and each member of the team took the time needed to ensure that things were above the highest of standards. Justin in particular was especially helpful with some major tile issues we had with a supplier. His advice was invaluable, and the care and time he took for the install of our 3 different variations of tile in our bathroom was outstanding. As the owner, Wesley is very passionate about his business and the work that is produced by every member of his team, staying on top of things during the renovation to ensure that the client is aware of any issues or changes that need to be addressed. Unfortunately, there were times we had some communication delays and a severe miscommunication via email or phone, but Deila always tried her best to go above and beyond during the renovation to ensure she got us the information required as soon as possible. Deila herself helped by sourcing us an alternate tub when a supplier had advised they had stock readily available for a 6ft tub, per the drawings, when in fact it was a 4-6wk lead special order. She was able to find a beautiful 5.5ft tub quickly for the required install date. Although there were delays with the project that at times were beyond anyone's control, and a severe miscommunication between Wesley and ourselves, we can say that we were very happy with the crew are happy with the bathroom overall. Where ONEWAY truly fell short with us and why we no longer feel comfortable recommending them, is the warranty follow up for some simple misses during the renovation. These misses included: re-grout/sealant around the tub at the floor, re-caulk the bathroom vanity properly, as well as to put our attic insulation back to it's original spot. I notified ONEWAY just a few short months after the renovation was complete on the issues, and it took a full year long wait and runaround to finally coordinate and commit to finishing the work - which itself, took less than 60min to complete. Waiting a full year - between lost emails and cancelled appointments, for what we knew would be such a quick warranty job - ultimately means we unfortunately no longer feel comfortable recommending ONEWAY.

Fast, Friendly & Reliable Service!! Our primary need was getting our leaky interior shut-off valve for our outdoor faucet fixed, but we also had some other jobs that we’d wanted quoted at the same time. I sent an RFQ online and within an hour Deanna emailed back to set up an appointment. Joel was there in a few days, on time and as promised - no waiting around! He was so polite & patient when we asked about specific issues that we have with our old house. He was even able to squeeze in time to try to tighten our kitchen faucet. What an all-around amazing experience!!

We moved into our first home just over a year ago and needed some general contract work done on the house prior to moving in... Neil and his team at Manworks came highly recommended, so we had him in to take a look at things while we had our home inspection. This allowed us to plan ahead for the reno budget as well as determine what we really wanted off the bat. We had them remove a partition wall in the dining room - which turns out required us to have a beam installed - as well as hardwood installed through the majority of the house. Manworks had even suggested to take the laminate that had been originally installed in our main floor and re-use it in the kitchen which was perfect as a reuse/recycle project ... it saved us a lot of money for an instant kitchen update in an older home!! Neil constantly communicated with us - from beginning to end. As new home owners, who had no idea on what really needed to be done in an older home, we could have gone way over budget, but Neil kept things in perspective and took the time to keep the character of the home intact all while maintaining the highest standards! http://manworks.ca/index.html
