my wife wants a bay window in master room but she forgot to ask builder to do it. she called Canadian window and she got it! the window looks very nice as ours is ravine lot. it only took 1 day to install it even we have to paint it by ourselves. now we like it very much.

we sold the house built by monarch in 2008. i have to admit monarch home customer service is excellent. but the house's quality is just so so. i am dissatisfied with this builder's decor center. they charge a lot even you don't want them to install a half wall and actually it will save them cost. it looks like Monarch doesn't want their home buyer to make any change on their new home. Comparing with Fernbrook home, Monarch is too bad from my perspective.

the service is excellent. they gave me 5 times free and every time 3 hours window. thereafter $150 per hour. but actually I met with their consultant more than 5 times and each time the consultant is very patient and nice. i am very satisfied with her design on our new home.

Aya kitchen cabinet looks very good! i choose lexington model and it is so beautiful. the only pity is too expensive. their service is good. there are two cabinet doors installed with wrong model( i guess it is "richmond") but they replaced it immediately.

we moved in a brand new home and ordered Deluxe telephone/smart wire/TV installation package. There are total 2 smart wire, 7 telephone jack and 5 TV jack and 1 cat 5 jack. There is no telephone line available when Deluxe comes to install and Rogers only connect 1 telephone for free. So Deluxe comes second time to enable all lines for us free after Rogers activates phone line. I am very satisfied with their service.

professional service! the furnace is loud when we moved in. Dial one help us balance the motor of our furnace and now the furnace is not noisy. during the three hours service window, I feel dial one is very professional!
