A review for Mobilia Interiors

We were looking for a contemporary styie chaise for our new master bedroom seating area. We loved the look of this leather and chrome chaise which has a slim look and not bulky. We found one at Mobilia furnishing store , Markham and we ordered it. When we received it and brought it home we realized it had some oily stains on the leather. we took it back to the store and were promissed to get a new one shortly after. It took many calls and a few months, call to the warehouse, manegers, etc. until they said they have a new one for us. We picked it up, sterted using it and after a short while the stains appeared again. Apparently they did not get a new one for us but somehow covered the stains which was good only temporarily. We never pusued it further but we know they were not honest with us. This store has some very nice pieces of furnitures but you have to be cautious with their service, it is bad.

We looked in many places to purchase a free standing tub and faucet for our new ensuite bathroom. we end up buying a beautiful tub and faucet at Tubs for the most reasonable price. The salesman there was very patient and helpfull and we were very pleased with the service.

We were looking for light fixtures for our new addition in many places. We wanted a reasonable price and a good quality. We found some beautiful fixtures at Union including the most reasonable prcied chandalier for our master bedroom and bathroom.

we hired Foam Comfort to spray our new addition cathedral roof/ceiling with foam insulation. After research thay were reasonable in price and we were happy with their work. Thay came on time, the workers were curtious and cleaned the area after finishing the job. It was easy to deal with this company.

We hired this company to install a new high effinciency furnace and aircondition. Price was very reasonable for the products we chose in comperision to other supliers. Thsy were panctuate, orgenized and delivered on time. They also repaired A/C for us in another property and cost was reasonable. Another time we obtained a quote from them for repair furnace for a friend, they were a lot higher in thier estimate, so it is recomended to check a few before hiring. Overall, nice people and good service.

We hired Malik to treat the problem we had in our backyard with ants destroying our beautiful garden. All the things that we had tried before did nothing to get rid of it and he managed to solve the problem and came second time - no charge. His rates are competible and his service is great.

we hired this company for inew installation of hardwood floors at our home. They are very reliable, precise and panctuate. Their prices are very reasonable and their attitiude is great. They do have to improve in "neatness" but it is forgiveable in the light of the overall quality and price of the job. We also hired them a few times to refinish old hardwood floors in other properties and they did a great job.

We purchased windows from Brown Window for our new constructed addition. The windows are "builders grade" wich was ok for the price however thay made a mistake with our garden doors and refused to correct it,. We had to stay with an uneven panels garden doors.
