I met Rhonda through the ad she had in the COMFREE brochure. We were selling three rental properties and she staged all three. Two in the city of Edmonton and one in a small town just outside of Edmonton. The market this past summer was very competitive. I believe her attractive staging made the difference in our ability to sell these homes. I appreciated the following: She came and assessed each home, listened to my ideas and shared hers, then did up a proposal so I would know exactly what I was getting and how much it would cost; staged only what we decide together was essential eg we did not stage every bedroom, but instead looked for areas of maximum visual impact. She also helped me to examine the exterior curb appeal of each home which was essential in getting buyers through the door. I found her friendly, professional and easy to communicate with. Her responses were always prompt. I hope she is still available when we next sell a property as it would be my pleasure to work with her again.
