We were extremely pleased with the professionalism and outstanding service from the Duct Cleaning Specialists. These are people you definitely want to hire to clean your ducts. After extensive renovations, we called Paul to book a cleaning. He was very polite and quoted us a price but also stated that once he arrived at our home, he would be in a better position to say what type of cleaning service was required. It turns out that a basic cleaning was all we needed, much to our surprise. This ended up costing us less than was originally quoted. In this day and age, when great customer service seems hard to find, these guys are, without a doubt, the best you will find. They are extremely careful, punctual (they actually arrived earlier) and as honest as they come. Don't waste your time calling around for quotes and reading ads that will do the job for less. People should not be fooled by low prices, as these companies are not certified, and have no clue how to really do a proper air duct cleaning. That could make matters in the home worse.
