Got snowed. Kevin's got great marketing skills, but he's a salesman. He'll oversell and underdeliver! Very smooth talker before you hire him. Kevin made promises to fix things which weren't completed. He also asked for full payment, so he had no reason to come back to do what he promised. Also he didn't provide an invoice.
