A review for First General Services

The apartment above me leaked onto my rather new hardwood floors... First General Services was called by my strata and arrived on scene at 11pm. The restoration guy that came was extremely helpful and pleasant. The next day the project manager, Stephen Page, came to review the damages and I decided that since the transitions of the damaged hardwood need to come up I may as well replace the tile in both the kitchen and bathroom. I really liked the care and approach that both the emergency restoration guy and Stephen had, so I asked them to quote on the renovation as well. I ended up retiling the bathroom, the kitchen, the backsplash in the kitchen, the tile behind the shower and replacing the vanity and bath tub as well as the damaged hardwood. Stephen and his crew of tradesmen were professional, efficient and extremely informative. I was presented several options regarding price and methods to complete the job. It was seamless, painless and very satisfying when the short turn around time was complete. I would absolutely recommend First General Services for any restoration / renovation needs that you have.
