They did all flooring for our unit through a builder. However, we had a problem that a kitchen tile floor was uneven, since framings were warped during the construction. After a long negotiation with the builder, they agreed to fix this. Rushton's was the main company in charge. Among many person working for this, one guy Jamie stood out. He was meticulous and couteous. He was the only person claning up the site after the work, and informed me the process and progress properly. I wish many trade persons are like him, being responsible and doing great job. If you need to hire someone to do tiling job, I higly recommend Jamie at Rushton's.

A year ago, John did a year end Tarion inspecion. He was very thorough, knowledgeble and very accommodating. On top of a regular inspecion, an infrared thermal imaging was very informative. This time, I thought another inspection was not necessary, however, I called AA Elite and Steve gave me a couple of suggestions. He is an energy flow expert, and did a test on our unit. It was amazing to know where air leaks and drafts are, and how to have a proper air flow in the house. AA Elite utilizes an advanced technologies (an infrared thermal imaging, an energy flow tests) and gives us more accurate and detailed information. The report in PDF format was easy to follow, and delivered in a timely manner. John and Steve are very pleasant to work with. I believe that they care about their clients and properties. This is obvious, however, very hard to come by!

I am using 4 Home Depots in different cities. In general, this shop's assistance is very accessible, and staff are attentive and taking time to answer my questions. When my BBQ grill was not delivered on the promised day, I called the shop and complained. The manager apologized immediately (it's very rare in North America) and promised the return of the delivery fee. The grill was delivered, as the manager promised, the next day morning. I am giving up expecting the high level of services these days, however, the sincere and professional manner, the manager dealt with this case impressed me. Highly recommended.

Best service I have ever had. Chris and Jason are punctual,responsible, professional, and attentive. They take time to explain procedures and options to me. The quotation is very reasonable (I got 2 different ones). I am very satisfied with job quality and services from consulting, communication to execution. They even cleaned the site perfectly. Very pleasant to work with them. Highly recommended.

Order made in the end of Jan. 2011. We were told that it would take 1.5 week to get a bed frame. Got a phone call one month later, and paid in full for the bad frame and mattress. Then, delivery was not made until mid March for the 4th attempt, and it was a Wrong Bed Fame! Called John and he admitted to made a mistake for the order. He said he will take care of it, so we requested to return the bed frame to get out of this deal. He tried to charge pick up fee $69! since it's his mistake, I requested to waive this fee. He, then, started to yell at me over the phone. Anyway, he promised to pick up the bed frame, and 3 times NO SHOW. After I wasted a lot of time making phone calls, waiting NO SHOW delivery and pick up, we told him to take a legal action. Finally for the 4th time, pick up and refund were made. Their service was the worst ever I have experienced. It's a nightmare! after having totally dissatisfied experience, I posted the review on a couple of webs to do my public duty to share the experience based on the fact. The owner called me at 11:30 pm and threaten us that he consulted his legal counsel. I would say "truth is my defense."

I contacted two companies to have a quotation. Both were good in terms of explaining what they would do, and helping to chose materials. However, Elias gave me a quotation about 30% less then another. I checked the web about an appropriate price for this job, and found that his price was right. He finished the job in a timely manner and did a great job. He is not a smooth talker, however, is a man of professional and integrity. Highly recommended!

The showroom is very spacious and organized. They have a variety of selection from conventional to upscale items at reasonable price. We bought an entrance hall fixture and a Kitchen pendant lamp. They are beautiful but not as expensive as designer pieces. So, if you are not satisfied with a conventional store selection, but don't want to pay much for Italian import design pieces, please check this store. The Staff are helpful and friendly.

We were looking for something unique for our new place. The showroom was like an art gallery, full of beautiful Asian items. The staff were very friendly, and the owner, Dale, was passionate, professional and very helpful to choose THE piece. Greentea can customize a beautiful furniture, and options are great! style, wood, finish, and accessories etc. If you are looking for something special, Greentea is highly recommended.

John and his team are professionals who take pride in their work and deliver quality results. He listens carefully to his clients and also shows much respect for the furniture he is given to work with. He is very polite, pleasant and helpful in his suggestions. My dining table got a second life with a fabulous look. In general, I have been very frustrated by the sloppy services provided by many Canadian firms. John, however, gives me hope for this country!
