We were already very satisfied with A & A Masonry for doing a fantastic job with our home extension several years ago. So when water started coming through the original side of the home along a mutually shared drive (go figure - the one side we hadn't renovated) of course it was straight to the phone to call Brad at A&A and set up waterproofing. We weren't disappointed. The work was done for a fair price, quickly (over a few days) and without mess which was much appreciated by our neighbours. Thanks again to Domenic and his crew for another professional job well done!

We decided after a number of bad contractor experiences we would be our own contractors for our 3 story home addition including the basement as well as a retaining wall. It was the biggest part of the project and we interviewed quite a few masonry companies before we chose A and A Masonry. The initial salesperson who came to meet with us, Brad, was extremely knowledgable and friendly. As far as expense went, their quote was fair and Brad was willing to work within our stict budget and timelines (it had to be done over a few months in the spring and summer). The work began in April, with Domenic taking the lead, and we could not be happier with him and the team of guys from A and A (Robbie, Kosta, etc.). They were hard workers, coming everyday and working hard all day. Domenic and the crew were very skillful, polite, cleaned up after themselves, and made sure we knew what was going on - real gentlemen. Anytime a problem cropped up, as they often do in construction, Domenic calmly addressed the problems and solved them without adding any stress to us. In the end, our project was done on time and on budget. One of our next door neighbours in fact thanked Domenic during his last week for being so courteous during construction - how often does that happen? We are so happy with our beautiful home addition thanks to A and A Masonry,

We needed to buy finished hardwood we could install ourselves to finish the floor in our new home addition. I was a bit nervous about reading reviews about lumber liquidators but took the plunge and checked it out. We were pleasantly surprised - we got lots of attention and found the floor we needed at a great price. We went to the store in the west end of toronto. Delivery was smooth - we also bought the installing material, nail gun, compressor and trim that was a much better price than home depot. My only complaint - they forgot to send out the fitting between the airhose and the compressor so we had to run out several times to get the right fitting from the local hardware store - otherwise we have a beautiful red oak finished floor (Canadian made) we're very happy with.

Our automatic garage door opener was broken last summer and we never got around to fixing it until now. We called Morning Star Sunday afternoon, and Danny replied that evening. He came this morning (MON), arriving a few minutes early and quickly repaired problem and adjusted improper set up of original work. Thank you so much for the great work!

We had a large crack on the outside of our brick house and were afraid a piece of the wall would fall out if we didn't act fast. Brad got back to me quickly and was able to come to the house the next day for an estimate. He did not give us the doom and gloom we were expecting- instead we received a reasonable quote for an efficient fix to our problem. Joe came out a day later to do the work and we were very impressed with how well the new morter matched the original. Definitely recommend this company.
