i have used Taps for a number of bathrooms. Their staff are a bit difficult to get in touch with, but their prices are competitve, their selection is vast and they are on the line with their suppliers constantly so getting product is mostly straightforward.
we used Komandor frosted glass sliding doors for our foyer closet. The look is perfectly modern and functionally fabulous. We love our doors and are very happy with the purchase.

Replacement of all home windows and doors
We chose Marvin windows to replace all our current windows and doors and are very happy with the result. The windows and doors are beautiful, warm and secure. Our only concern has been the service. Our locks break on a frighteningly frequent basis and although the piece is simple enough to replace, it is very hard to get a service guy to come to your home. They never return eir calls and take forever to come.
New marble for renovated master bathroom
We hired Caledonia marble to supply and install a new bath surround, shower threshold and countertop for our master ensuite bath. The stone was installed by a very lazy gentleman who applied the grout and let it sit on the surface around the joints for too long, staining the marble. We tried to contact the company with NO response from them and then after weeks of calling I had to pay for another company to remove the stained stone and put in fresh stone - it could not be fixed. It put my project back months. At the end of the day they still tried to get me to pay for that crap.

We used Canac for our last kitchen. They're prices were good but the service was horrible. I had to argue with the owner for over an hour to get them to properly install my kitchen. They made a number of mistakes. In the end, I was happy with my kitchen but it was a lot of struggle to deal with the service people. The service people in the showroom were awful as well.
