A review for Pacific Rim Cabinets Ltd

The customer service was excellent - they would bend over backwards to please us, but the actual product is in our opinion "average". The first set of cabinets installed in our kitchen came to us in the wrong color. We had to have the entire kitchen replaced due to the company's error (profile and stain were incorrect). At the end of the day, we were satisfied with the results but would not use them again due to product quality. Again customer service was very good.

I was referred to them by the previous builder I used for my last home, and was so pleased we used their service again. Great company - would totally recommend them to others.

Great product, but customer service was aweful. The casement windows are excellent quality, however the delivery for our windows was six weeks late which cased a huge delay to our construction. They offered a custom paint service, but the paint started flaking within a six month time frame which is unacceptable, and the paint job could only be described as average. 3 out of 5 - not recommended.

The customer service was awesome and not pushy, plus follow up service was awesome. The showroom was under renovations at the time, but it was huge and lots of selection. The sales rep was excellent, down to earth and spoke from personal experience about the products. There are several locations within the lower mainland of Vancouver and we dealt with the Richmond office. The entire expericence was "comfortable" and we'd go back without question.

We were looking for something that made a statement for our fireplace facade and our bathroom tub. We chose the 3/4 inch mosaic glass and 1" glass tile product respectively. The look is amazing, and garners multiple compliments from visitors to our home. If you are looking for a high end tile supplier with great selection then take the time to check them out. Customer service wasn't "awesome", but there were no issues to speak of.

We used several different tile places for tile products for our home. Olympic tile was the place we chose our floor tile from. We found their customer service was excellent, the selection of product was vast. the total square footage of tile we installed is 2,000 sq. feet and we are very impressed with the look of the products. We definitely recommend them to others, expecially if you are looking for a very modern feel to your home.

Check qualifications for a custom home vs. a speculation home. hindsight probably qualified for a subdivision 30 house project contracting vs. detail oriented plumber for high end custom home projects. His attention to detail was minimal.

The electrical work for our home was quite extensive. We installed over 104 recessed lights to the tune of $11,000.00 and we are impressed with the results. We found him very clean & tidy, not to mention his attention to detail was outstanding. We had many trades working on the construction of our home and we would have him back (and we have for other things) without question.
