divine hardwood flooring has a really good selection of the latest trends in flooring. they can custom make steps and insets. they will do whatever you need to make your job fabulous. their installers were very professional and curteous. they left the site very clean and did the job in a very short time. i was very impressed with their work and my floors are incredible. i chose engineered hardwood glue-down application. i have radiant heating (geothermal) (first building in vancouver). i have concrete subfloor. my floor is incredibly solid.

stone tile provided fantastic tile for my reno. i chose, with the help of my designer, tile for the kitchen, bathrooms and fireplace. the tiles were available on time. they look beautiful. the tiles that we chose compliment the modern style of my home. the quality and styling are exceptional. i found the product to be too expensive. i am a slave to fashion.

i had a good experience with averra developements. the sub-trades varied in their timeliness, generally the job was done but not on schedule. the completion date was over by three months. i did feel that some of the delays were related to the olympics and were unavoidable. gavin worked with my designer very well, he is a very good communicator. my townhouse turned out amazingly well. many problems were encountered along the way but were overcome. the budget came in ten thousand more than i expected but this was due structural issues that were unavoidable.
