I was looking for stair runners for my circular stairs. I had some difficulty getting in contact with Rizwan since the address on Google was wrong, and when I called a couple of times it went to voicemail. Since I had time I drove up but couldn't find the place! However, Rizwan was genuinely apologetic and arranged an in-home quote. He was pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable. The installer came on time. He was an older semi-retired gentleman with many years of experience who clearly knew what he was doing. We are very happy with the final result.

Max came initially to give an estimate and there was no sales pressure. The workmen were polite and cleaned up at the end of each day. From my experience and as far as I can tell, I would say this company is reliable. Of course, only time will tell how durable their product and workmanship are.
