Horrible Customer Service and too expensive for what little they offer
Horrible Customer Service and too expensive for what little they offer. They are charging $40 for monitoring that should cost $15 per month. Grand Alarms claims that I must continue for three years because a contract was signed. When I asked for a copy they send me three pages signed by someone else at my office and with information missing. I suggest you try other companies....
