The day of the move they arrived 1.5 hrs late, upfront payment of $400 (9hrs + 1 hr travel time), extra fees charged at successive drop off locations -heavy items, wrapping/packing fee, fuel surcharge, malfunctioning truck caused them to get a parking ticket. Will report to BBB.
