I booked a cleaning service for my home for a Friday. No one showed up to my home to perform the service. I emailed the company to advise them of the situation. One company representative informed me that the maid was sick, another rep informed me that there was an online booking glitch. I was promised a refund. It has been 19 days and I am STILL waiting for my refund. I have made multiple calls and sent multiple emails to this company with ZERO response. I called the number that I was given, the person who answered the phone stated that he didn't even know what Canada Maid Service was. Extremely frustrated, save yourself the trouble and DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE.
