When I had to put in a new furnace I contacted Ather and it was refreshing to meet a salesperson with honesty and integrity. When it was time to replace my water heater I contacted Ather again. Once again he was direct, upfront and delivered on everything he promised (including the challenging task of getting rid of my old hot water tank). Furthermore, Fred and Kim who installed the hot water tank did an outstanding job and went over and beyond. They clearly took pride in the work they did and they cleaned up the work site such that you wouldn't have known they were there. I was very impressed with all 3 individuals and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for honest, hardworking and trustworthy people.

I had Ather Hasan assess my furnace and was most appreciative of his candor and patience as I asked him a plethora of questions regarding my furnace. He was very helpful in explaining step by step how the furnace worked and what the problems were. Furthermore, he was very practical and seemed as interested as I was in dealing with my furnace issues in the most cost effective manner. All in all, a very positive experience.

We called Enchanted Chimney Sweeps initially for a W.E.T.T. Inspection. Our wood burning insert did not pass the inspection and because of insurance purposes we had to have it removed. They were incredibly helpful in telling me how to remove my wood burning insert on my own so I wouldn't have to pay them to do it (which saved us around $600). I also had them do some repair work on my chimney and fireplace. Once again, they provided economical solutions that I could do on my own so I wouldn't have to pay them to do it. Overall, they were incredibly honest, helpful and conscientious. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs work done on their chimney or fireplace.

We had Brock Windows replace all 14 windows in our home. We found the workers to be very friendly and open to answering all of our questions. The work was done in an efficient, thorough and timely manner and they did a good job of cleaning up after themselves. Overall we were very pleased with the service. We have already recommended them to some of our friends.
