basement, garage, and backdeck junk removal
We needed to do a quick cleanup of our basement, backdeck, and garage because of workmen coming in to do some home repairs. We were able to get an appointment immediately, and Des and his daughter Colleen quickly loaded all our junk (and even helped us find more junk). We are very satisfied.
Took in 2 lamps to get lampshades. One shade is beautiful and was delivered more or less on time. The other shade was a completely different color than ordered (due to erroneous sample). The second shade was supposed to be redone, but at the time we were to pick it up, we found that it had not been replaced. Instead, it was recolored in the hopes that it would meet our requirements. We have asked again that the shade be replaced and are still waiting (some months later) for it to be finished. At these prices, we were hoping for more attention to detail than this.
