We completed a basement renovation in November 2023 with Finished Basements, and it was a seamless experience from start to finish. Andrij arrived to provide a quote and had a lot of good ideas for the space which was unfinished and about 1,000 square feet. They specialize in basements, and the quotes are very detailed and transparent. We upgraded a few items along the way, and communication was clear on what we would expect cost wise so there were no surprises. Natalie walked us through selecting finishes, many of which we chose from the companys inventory at really attractive prices. There was no pressure to select their in house items and we self sourced a few things, like a vanity and tile. Natalie helped us source things ourselves by clearly laying out the dimensions and parameters that would work in the space. When they told me work would take 2 weeks, I was sceptical, but they literally did the work in 2 weeks! Their crews worked so hard, were always on time, and were extremely respectful of our home (cleaned up, communicated well). We have 2 young children and a dog, so this quick timeline was very welcome. Though there was lots of work being down downstairs, it seemed to not even affect the rest of the house and I worked from home throughout. The basement looks beautiful, we have added a very functional bathroom to our home, and have lots of space for our kids to play and run around. I would not hesitate to recommend this company, and already have, to friends and family. We have done many renovation projects in our homes, and this was without a doubt the best experience we have had with a contractor.

Alex and his workers did an beautiful job adding applied moulding to my living room. They were fast, clean, and friendly and he was able to fit me in less then a week after giving me a quote. Can’t wait to get the room painted! It looks beautiful.
