Ken and Mark arrived on time and equipped to do the job. They removed six babies and left them in a box with insulation so the mother could find and re-locate them. They installed a one-way door so the mother could leave but could not get back in. They then fixed soffits and vents so the raccoons would not longer have access. They were gentle with the babies - and seemed to genuinely like the little dickens. They were also straightforward about cost. Given the struggles we have had with raccoons, if this solves the problem, it is well worth the money.
