I have known Bill for many years and can't say enough about his honesty, integrity and knowledge about everything regarding vacuums. I have used his services to repair a vacuum, purchase products and most recently a new vacuum purchase which I am very pleased with. He is truly a professional regarding vacuums and spent as much time as I needed to purchase the right one for my needs. There are many reasons that he has been in business for so long and I keep coming back to Etobicoke Service Centre - you get one on one personalized great service which is so hard to find these days. I share this honest review in appreciation of Bill and his customer service and great quality products.

I have been getting my carpets cleaned for many years and have always used Canadian Steam Carpet Cleaning and they have always done a good job however today I had my carpets steam cleaned and I received the absolutely BEST service and cleaning, it prompted me to call the owner as well as write this review.. My cleaning was done by Richard T (there are different Richards) and he was such a personable friendly gentleman. We discussed the job he was to do (sectional sofa as well as two floors of carpet and many steps). He was clear on the cost which was very reasonable and got straight to work. We watched him throughout the process and couldn't believe how thorough and hard he worked. We have a pet and asked him to deodorize and he made sure my requests were fulfilled. I cannot say enough of how impressed I am by the service, quality of his work and his manners. My carpets and sectional sofa have never looked better. I will always used this company for my cleaning needs and will continue to use Richard T. in the future. I also called and spoke to Allan who was happy to hear of the positive experience. It was a pleasure to see how much he cares that his customers are happy. For me customer service is just as important as the job done so all in all would recommend Canadian Steam Carpet Cleaning to anyone.

I purchaes a Samsung Fridge and stove as well as a Whirlpool dishwasher on March 10th. Delivery was quick (March 25th) and the delivery guys were great. Went over and above to get this large fridge in our home. Once it was unwrapped we noticed the fridge had a small dent on the left side door. Fred at Faulkners advised me to call Samsung and arrange to get the door replaced. It should be noted that he offered to do this for me but I decided to take care of it. He said if I had any problems to contact him and to also let him know the result. I contacted Samsung the very next morning. They said I needed to send them 3 pictures of the dented door as well as the sales receipt and I should hear back from them in 48 hours. I didnt hear back so I called Samsung and was met with such resistance. On hold and on the phone for over 45 minutes to no avail. Samsung didnt belive that the fridge was in fact delivered as my slaes receipt did not say so!!! I suggested they call the store and they said thats not their job! I was told this was my problem to straighten out! I was beyond frustrated so I called Fred at Faulkners.He was beyond terrific. He said right from the beginning that he promised me a new fridge door and I was going to get a new fridge door and to leave it with him. He called me back right away to say that a door is on order and the next call i should receive is a call to set up a time to deliver it. Just as promied i received a call and delivery and installation of my door was dome today April 15th. I cannot thank Fred and Faulkners enough for taking care of this situation in such a professional and timely manner. He was so pleasant and easy to deal with. He sensed my frustration with Samsung and truly took care of his customer. I have purchaed appliances from Faulkners before and while I had no issues then I received the same friendly and professional service as anyone would expect. Their prices I should also say beat or matched all other large and small competitors. This is an absolutely fantastic store to do business with and I will always use Faulkners for anything related to appliances. Thank you Fred for being so kind and efficient. I highly recommend this business!
