I have had occasion to call Steve for help twice now. The first time was to repair my washer. Steve returned my call promptly and came to my house to do the work when he promised at a fair rate. On this latest occasion my oven wasn't working. Steve called to get some information about my problem. Before coming to my home he recommended a few steps to further diagnose the problem. He suggested that I replace the fuses as a test to "avoid an unnecessary call and expense". That solved the problem. I was once again impressed with Steve's customer focus. He could have easily come to my home and charged me for the service but he did not. I find that I always need to be on guard to make sure I'm not taken advantage of, this just isn't the case with Steve. It's great to know there are still honest and trustworthy businesses out there.
