An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
Denis, I originally was going to get several quotes on the replacement of 2 acrylic domed skylights on my home and dreaded the thought of arranging appointments, wondering whether they would show up, visiting showrooms all over Metro Toronto, etc.. but after visiting your showroom and speaking to the staff and after an on time roof and skylight inspection by one of your people I knew that your staff and Skylights Unlimited were the right people for me. I was very pleased with the replacement installation of the old skylights with an energy efficient Velux product. The crew, Ed and Kevin, came on time, were very friendly and informative and completed the work to my satisfaction. On a scale of 1-10 your firm is definitely a 10.
