We had a very good exp. at Rivalda, our sales lady Carmela was extremely helpful, our bathroom looks amazing! However; I can't say that all the sales ladies were as helpful.... One in particular was extremely rude and arrogant! I don't know her name, but she is an older blonde lady! If I had to deal with her I would have NEVER bought anything from there and would have never gone back. If you are looking for beautiful tile, reasonable prices, I recommend Rivalda.....and ask for Carmela, you are sure to get excellent services and great style sense from her.
