Their service is excellent but I am a little disappointed with the quality of the sliding window I received. I have the window installed 4 years ago and some windows have condensation built up between the glass layers. the insulation of the window is not excellent,

Not the best one on one customer service I have ever experienced, but the gentlemen that helped us was very nice and friendly. Very reasonable setup and delivery charge. Good furniture at reasonable prices.
