Anthony did a great job painting my condo with good attention to detail and without cutting corners. His quote was very fair and he stuck to it - any extras were explained and agreed in advance (e.g. repairing damage to bathroom wall from removing a glued-on mirror - wall now looks great!). The project took longer than originally planned but this is because an extra coat was required and Anthony was making sure everything was done right. I have no hesitation in recommending Anthony.

With the change of season in late October it became clear my heating wasn't working (standard condo heat pump, about 15+ years old). I called Thermo Cool and Pina was very polite and professional in arranging an appointment for the next day. A few minutes later she called back to say someone was in the area and could be there within the hour if convenient. David was there not long after, and determined a new thermostat was needed. He had one on the truck and installed it, made sure it was working, and cleaned up - the whole process was complete within an hour and a half of my first call. Very satisfied with the team at Thermo Cool and highly recommend them!

Great service from start to finish from Natasha and Larry V. Natasha was very responsive, organized and professional in getting someone out for my repair. It's great that the office calls to let you know when the plumber is on the way, and sends a photo so you know who to expect. Larry arrived on time, gave me a clear quote, adjusted where necessary and got the job done well and quickly. The follow-up call from Natasha was a nice extra touch. These people really care about their work and I would recommend them without hesitation. (PS: the WaterWorks has been and gone, job well done, within 24 hours, before either of the other two plumbers I called have even responded.)
