Alex has been my go-to guy for AC and heating issues. This time around, my furnace died with -8C weather and hours before I was travelling south! Called Alex and he was kind enough to accommodate the urgency of my issue. He diagnosed the problem in no-time (seized furnace motor) and solved the problem fast and affordably. Alex' honesty and skills are above the norm. I highly, highly recommend him.
