I had to replace my shingled roof due to age. I called several places for quotes. The representative from Alpine showed up, did his measurements and handed me a great quote right there. The price was very reasonable. They were easy to deal with to schedule the work. They showed up on time, worked all day, and finished in one day. A beautiful job. My neighbours on both sides were also pleased and how clean the area was left. Very respectful of my neighbours, which I appreciated. There have been 2 heavy rain storms and some wind, since the roof was installed, and no issues at all.

I had a clogged basement drain. I called Drainworks and was given a super fast response. They arrived right when they said they would. The service technician’s name was Matt (I hope I remembered that correctly) and was extremely professional. He explained everything he was doing, showed me on the camera afterwards, and gave good advice for any future work I need. From the gentleman I spoke to on the phone, to the technician at my house every thing was fantastic. AND as if the world isn’t small enough, it turns out The technician was the same one that came out in 2006 when I needed most of the sewer drain replaced (from the ancient clay to new plastic) and they were amazing then too. That was a big job, but they were fast, professional and very clean. Having the same staff 13 years later reflects very well on a company. Drainworks is my “go-to” plumbing’s company I call if I have a problem.

I had to replace my back deck, and Breay's were recommended to me. They came out to take a look, gave a great estimate, and we were in business. I was looking to replace what had been there before, but with cedar. The quality of the work is absolutely outstanding, and FAR beyond my expectations. And they left an incredibly clean work area, and the compliments on my deck keep coming in. I would highly recommend them to anyone that is looking.

Everything from booking the appointment, to the service itself was super easy. They sent a message ahead, to give me an idea of what needed to be done before they got there. On the day of the appointment, they called ahead, and were actually early (which was great). I've never had the ducts cleaned so I wasn't too sure exactly how things went, but they explained everything clearly. They were super courteous and did an excellent job - they can even show you before and after pictures. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing their ducts cleaned.

My home was invaded by some incredibly stubborn squirrels. I called Gates, based on their video and reviews, where it was obvious that they were compassionate to the animals, and did quality work to keep them out of the house. And they did NOT disappoint. They came exactly when they said they would, they were extremely respectful of the neighbor's properties, and worked very quickly, Joel had to come back several times because the little monsters created a new door for themselves and every single time he was very pleasant to deal with. The price was absolutely reasonable and I would not hesitate to recommend Gates to anyone that has a wildlife issue. Now I just need to get used to the angry stares through the window by the neighborhood squirrels.
