Referred to Raad by my contractor. Delt with Ali when picking quartz counter and Amir for in-house measurement. Great family to deal with, reasonable price, and efficient. Ended up buying sink from Raad, as well. Install was seemless- done by Alex (a true pro that really knows his business). I would not hesitate to recommend Raad for any countertop job!

Selected Skylight Unlimited to replace an existing 'leaking' skylight. Originally called to have them quote on fixing the leak. They recommended to replace the skylight (that was likely over 20 years old), with a new-energy efficient product from Velux. Estimator came on the day they said they would. (This may seem business as usual, but I have called companies in the past to quote on various jobs that never show-up.) I eventually decided to go with Skylights Unlimited for the install, in early December. I believe the installers name was Eddie (and Kevin?). Great guys that explained the job they were about to do. Job well done. Will definitely have a better idea in the Spring to ensure there are no issues. Thanks!

Garage door install done Fall of 2012. This company does a geat job, so much so that I recommended them to a neighbour who had MGD install a garage door and door opener. In my opinion, what really differentiates one company from the next is their "service". More specifically --- when you call them a year later will they address the issue(s), will they call you back, will they actually take care of the problem, etc. Well, last week I sent Chris (at MGD) an email with a a few pictures. The pictures clearly showed some issues with the capping (i.e.: two gaps started to appear). Not only did MGD reply to my email, they fixed the issue the very next day! Now that's great CUSTOMER SERVICE. (Let me state for the record, their capping job is like no other. They use no visible caulking which starts to look dull and terrible after a few years of weathering). I would highly recommend MGD if your looking for a new garage door!
