The cleanest windows at a reasonable cost. They came, they washed, they scraped away every speck and paid attention to detail until the glass sparkled. They cleaned up,restored the place to its original state and left.

So far a great disappointment. Excessive ice build-up during the winter and all the snow stayed on the roof. Snow had to be shoveled First winter season a great disappointment. Excessive ice build-up and snow did not slide off, which we were assured it would. The snow had to be shoveled off.

Thank you for your feedback and I am sorry to hear that you're disappointed. We work hard to ensure that we meet and surpass customer expectations and when it seems we've fallen short; we try and do everything in our power to turn things around. Unfortunately in this case, it seems there were a few things contributing to the snow build up that were simply out of our control. This year, a large snow fall was followed by freezing rain, which did cause ice build-up on roofs in your area. You did contact your Roofing Consultant when this happened and he further suggested that from the pictures he was shown, there could also have been a heat loss issue at play. He suggested you consult a ventilation/insulation specialist to ensure everything was sound on that end. Another factor in the snow build-up was quite possibly the low pitch of your roof. Our system is designed to prevent excessive snow build-up on most roofs but with multiple factors contributing at once, as in this circumstance, the build-up you experienced this season was unfortunately unavoidable. Salesman Ricardo was very good in explaining the functionality and advantages of the NAVIEN system. He was helpful in facilitating the purchase and provided good follow-up. The installation crew was punctual and worked efficiently and adhered to my wishes with respect to the location of the intake and venting pipes, without much grumbling. [My preference was more labour intensive but aesthetically much more pleasing.] The crew left the workplace in clean condition but they could have earned more kudos by taking the created debris (empty boxes, etc.) with them. All in all, it was a job well done.
