Radoslav gave excellent service. He replaced very old hardware and deadbolt at my 90yr old mother’s house. We had purchased new hardware for her, but as the previous door lock was around 50yrs old and was sticking and jamming, the new ones didn’t fit exactly. No problem for him. Wood filled the old hole and expertly installed the new one. He communicated regularly as to his arrival time. Brought a drop cloth to not leave wood shavings on her floor.
