Michael, Larry and Victor were great to work with. After 3 months and 5 other plumbers who said they couldn't help my husband and I with our washing machine drainage problem , Michael and his team were the only ones willing and able to help us get our flooded crawl space and lack of plumbing issues solved. They were efficient, professional and worked hard to get our job done properly. Natasha was always a pleasure to speak to and was very thorough at explaining the processes before they started. I am so grateful I came across this company. Never in a million years would I think I would be so thrilled to share my appreciation after having my furnace cleaned. I initially booked to have the furnace in my house cleaned and serviced. My appointment was set up very quickly and my quote was exactly what I paid. The two gentleman that came to our house were professional,clean, thorough and even showed me the ins and outs of what they were doing. They did a great job of cleaning the ducts... I have asthma so I could instantly notice a difference after they finished. Just when I thought a 5 star review would suffice I wish there was an option for a 6 th star. Recently we discovered some major flooding in our crawl space . This flooding submerged part of of ducts and the the smell of dirt and mould was making it unliveable and unbearable to be in our house. After getting little to no help from restoration companies I emailed Paul the owner to see if he could help with the disinfecting of the ducts. He said he'd be over the next day to help us disinfect our ducts. Paul just left our house and my husband and I could not be more grateful or happy. Not only did he do a thorough disinfecting job he also left me with some product , referrals and renewed hope that there are still a few good people left in the world. From receiving no help over the last few weeks to having someone treat us like family I cannot say how happy I am to have come across Paul and his team.
