First time using this company. Prompt, polite and professional from making the appointment till the job was complete. The first visit he pulled out the built-in dishwasher to diagnose the problem. Second visit he returned with the hose, pulled out the dishwasher again and replaced hose. He levelled up the machine and job was complete. Much different service than (warranty related services). Use them again? With confidence!
