We called a couple places for quotes and decided to go with Three Little Pigs. David was prompt and professional. They got the job done quickly and made sure everything was cleaned up and back in place upon completion. Would definitely recommend them. First three photos are before and last 3 are after.

We found Alex on homestars and sent him a message. He called right away. We needed our sump pump to properly hooked up (draining to the outside) as well as a waterline powered back up sump. He gave us a quote over the phone and came the next day to check out the site. Job was completed the next day and he explained what he did and how everything worked. Extremely happy with the work and friendly customer service. Would highly recommend him:)

We had almost original wood windows. Most were painted shut but still drafty. We contacted a few companies for Quotes and decided to go with Gem. We spoke with Spiros and he was knowledgeable and experienced with retrofit windows and doors. The windows took a couple weeks longer than promised but we weren't in a huge hurry. The installation guys were amazing! They were on time and amazingly quick and tidy. We had all the windows installed in a day and a half and the door about a month later. We were worried with a hundred year old house that it would uncover hidden problems but were pleasantly surprised it went smoothly. We would be happy to use them again.

Bought a 4 bedroom bungalow in south Etobicoke built in 1910 and it hadn't been touched in at least 60 years. We called Lou for a quote for kitchen and bathroom gut, supporting wall removal, all new floors, all new wiring, adding 2 new bathrooms and updating plumping. We had a very tight 8 weeks timeline with Christmas and New Years in the middle but Lou and his team did an amazing job through an incredibly stressful time. Rick (our site manager) made it all happen and we couldn't be happier with the result. The quote was dead on to the ending total and we have recommend Inspire Home to anyone who asks! After about a month in our new house we started hearing scratching and chewing in the attic. We had a squirrel problem at our old house and knew exactly who to call. SOS Wildlife arrived quickly and figured out the entry point. FIxed a hole where the raccoon had pulled back the siding in the garage and chewed their way in. He fixed the the hole and installed a one-way door. The cold weather caused a bit of a problem with the door but Sherwin was attentive and quick to come back and fix it. Almost a month has gone by and we haven't heard a thing! We couldn't be happier with the prompt and professional service. Thanks Sherwin:)

We found BML on Homestars and after reading their reviews we felt they would be great to install our Ikea kitchen. I sent an email with our plans and timeline and Bohdan was quick to respond and explained the process. We were in the midst of whole home reno and our kitchen install dates were still up in the air as with most large renovations we were running behind. We arranged for a 2 day install and met them the morning they were to start. It was not the ideal situation as it was the day we were supposed to move in and there was lots of other trades working hard in the house and space needed to be shared! The BML team was amazing! There were a few details of my plan that Bohdan walked me through and explained what would work and what wouldn't be functional. We ended up making some changes from his suggestions and stopped by Ikea to pick up what we would need. I couldn't be happier with the outcome. They finished on time and right on budget and have an amazing attention to detail. They made things easier during a very stressful time. I have already recommended them to friends and family.
