My wife and I purchased a home from Pratt Homes in Eastside Village in February of 2012 and we have been very happy with everything. From the moment we began dealing with them, we felt very comfortable and appreciated. Cynthia was exceptional and really helped us come to agreement on a few design ideas. Pratt really did well by us. The home was ready when they promised. We experienced a couple small issues but their service department was diligent in getting those resolved. Stacey (my wife) is very critical when it comes to customer service, she has very high expectations, so for her to say she was impressed really means a lot.
