Kyle initially came to my home to go over everything and give an estimate on a variety of work to be done (including boiler cleaning, toilet replacement, shower head replacement, toilet seat replacement and various repairs to leaking / broken taps). The estimate was emailed to me and after having the chance to review it, I requested the staff work with me to help select the plumbing fixtures needed for the job. They were honest and forthright in their suggestions. When Kyle returned to complete the work I found him to be extremely pleasant (even cheerful) and professional and he executed the repairs perfectly in a timely fashion and stuck to the estimate given. I wish now that I had not left it so long to get this work done as it turned out to be a completely stress free experience. It was a pleasure dealing with Kyle and the staff at Hoerner Plumbing - including Angel who works in the office. Many thanks!!!!!
