my microwave door was stuck in lock position. Their repairman came, said a new lock part needed to be ordered, charged $423 up front. I was on the fence but decided to go ahead. Paid them upfront. Repairman came back and found another problem with the door that wud be a few more hundred dollars to fix. I asked about refund and the repairman said I shud get partial refund. I called Customer svc/acct'g and the unpleasant rep said repeatedly NO REFUND. DO NOT USE this firm altho they will likely just reappear under another name.

I moved to my first Toronto home last summer, and realized that despite recent renos I needed at least a few new windows. A local contractor recommended Gem - said he's never been disappointed. I called. Spiro came, was very professional in addressing my questions/concerns. He said I would be particularly pleased with the stained glass replacement. I was very happy with their product/installation and yes, Spiro was right... I was really pleasantly surprised with the stained glass replacement. I would recommend Gem and will use them again.

Just moved to a new home in Toronto and needed a repairman for a variety of small jobs; re-pointing, small roof repairs, window caulking etc. Zoltan was courteous, completed the work within agreed upon timeframes and his fees were reasonable. I will use him again and will recommend him to others.
