Brian and Dana are amazing...we woke up Saturday morning, to a cold house, our furnace was gone. We called and we were pleasantly surprised to talk to an actual person as opposed to a machine. Dana was so helpful, courteous, compassionate, and understanding of our dilemma. Brian came out the same day and told us what our issues were, parts were needed and left us with 2 heaters in the interim. Keep in mind, this was in the middle of the Christmas / New Year Holiday. Because of the holiday and supply chain issues, we really didn't expect anything before January. Mid week we got a call from Dana explaining the delay (great customer communication) and said it would be asap. Instead of waiting for delivery, Brian went out personally and picked up our parts and came on Dec 31st and within the hour, we had heat again! We are so pleased with their service on all levels, we would recommend them to anyone...Cheers!!

Jordan & Russ were so professional and friendly. Even brought me a Timmies one morning:-) Great workmanship and very well-informed. I have already referred them to others, because i want our friends to have a great experience like we did. Five years ago my wife and I moved to Whitby. Our house needed some work and we called on Durham Handyman to help us make improvements. One of the first jobs was to build a deck from the walkout of the master bedroom which previously had been a five foot drop to the ground below. We found the work to be professional, expediant, personal, with workmanship of the highest quality. We were so pleased with the result we have since had Durham Handyman back to put in a hardwood floor, do a basement renovation with a full kitchen, build a new fence and install a tankless water heater. It's refreshing to know there are still companies out there who put the customer first. I highly recommend dealing with this company.
