Sam was responsive to communications, open to negotiation, timely with work scheduled, polite and pleasant to chat with, worked cleanly, finished work on time and on budget agreed to. All more than I can say for almost every other trades person we've dealt with. Would certainly call on Sam again, and would recommend to others. Thanks again Sam.
