Rick was very prompt and easy to book a appointment with on the phone within a couple of hours he was at my place. When he got there he was very knowledgeable and very honest in his service and never tried to up sell his services. He made us feel like we knew him for years and could really trust him. He was unlike any other service tech. I had ever met. Best service and very honest guy. Very happy we met him and will keep his services for life and always recommend him to friends and family.
