Signed up for the Nest Protect and Liby came by initially. After a brief fire alarm check, the conversation turned to my water heater and about replacing it (currently 8 years old). Sat on the offer for a few days, but decided not to pursue, booked two more appointments before the alarm was installed. Liby was able to hook it up to my existing Nest Thermostat and tested to make sure everything was working fine.

I contacted Mike after requiring a mutual concrete (narrow) walkway laid between my house and my neighbors house. Mike promptly setup a time to inspect the area and provide a competitive quote. Mike's team started working as soon as possible (weather permitting) and the finished job is a perfectly sloped walkway to the curb. I would recommend Mike's services and will definitely look to go with him in the future.

My neighbor hired Dino to place a mutual walkway between our houses. The walkway was placed within a couple of hours, yet when the rain started, I realized the slope was entirely onto the side of my house. This caused numerous leaks in my basement. Upon reaching out to Dino with my concerns, he came back and laid a ‘curb’ where the leaks occurred but did nothing to correct the slope. As such, the water accumulated during storms and went directly into my basement yet again. I didn’t hear anything back. My railing post was also broken during the work. I was assured that he would get me a replacement cap. It’s now been 3 weeks and I haven’t heard anything back concerning the slope, the leaks or the cap.

My neighbor is building a house next to mine. As part of the construction, the mutual walkway needed to be redone. The contractor that was hired laid a horrible slab, with most of the concrete pouring water directly onto my walls. This caused numerous basement leaks. After contacting DrainCom, Carl came to my house to inspect the area. He was extremely helpful and answered any and all of my inquiries about the job. I must’ve called Carl a few more times since agreeing to do the job with questions; he was knowledgeable, extremely polite and patient with me. The crew arrived a few days after, completing the entire job in just 3 days. They were extremely careful not to damage anything around the work site and answered more of my inquiries with ease. Upon completion of the work, they even cleaned up the whole site – it’s as if nothing happened. I’m posting this after 2 major thunderstorms and I have yet to see any moisture in the basement. I’m extremely happy with the work done and would definitely use DrainCom for any future projects.
