John is the owner of this company. He has been servicing our furnace, humidifier and cleaning the ducts in our home for over 5 years. John keeps track our the maintenance schedule for us so we don't have to worry about missing deadlines. In emergencies, he comes right away - weekends and evenings. His prices are very reasonable.
Sidewalk and driveway and steps cleaned
We had a 25 year build up of a green and black algae on our cement surrounding the house. I tried scrubbing it by hand with bleach and vinegar and a very stiff brush and could not move the grime. I called John at Lakeside because he has a hot water pressure cleaning device. John came promptly and removed all the grime in 2.5 hours he even cleaned the stucco on the side of my house for free. My property looks brand new. I really enjoyed working with John. He is one of the most service oriented contractors I have ever worked with. He coming back in the spring to seal my walkways and my driveway. He uses only the best quality products.

We had a plumbing leak in the upstairs bathroom and the water ruined the kitchen ceiling. Daryl and his team came in and repaired the ceiling and replaced the knockdown in that spot so it looks perfect. You can't tell there was ever and issue. It matches perfectly. Daryl also made appointments to come to do the repairs - it took three trips and he always showed up as promised and on time too. It was a pleasure to have his company in my house. We are now going to have all the ceiling stipple replaced on the second floor by Daryl because I can trust his work. They also cleaned up very well after themselves which I appreciated given the dusty job that it is.
