Used them before very happy, even recommended to others, we moved to the VBA and hired them to duplicate the counter top we had before, unfortunately they dented our brand new fridge. We understand things happen, but Alan would not call us back or come out to view the damage. Very very poor customer service! We left two messages and even took in a letter. We are going to tell everyone do not use counter top depot!
