Time and time again Nino provides a great personalized service of my sprinkler system. He is approachable, reliable and honest. For 5 years in a row he somehow managed to exceed my expectations. Thank you Nino for your professionalism.

After a basement flood, I engaged Hollander Landscaping to help me redesign my back and front yards, so they would prevent other incidents. Josh from Hollander showed solid knowledge and professionalism from the start. He quickly understood my needs and made valuable suggestions to improve the outcome of the project. He put a proposal together right after. In the course of the project, his team showed up on time and delivered as promised. Right after finishing, Josh came to check all was fine and only then he was okay to get the final payment. Of note, part of the project required them to dig out three cedars from my neighbor and put them back. After 6 months the cedars died and Josh replaced them at no cost. He also followed up with me to confirm my new lawn was doing well and corrected a couple things after the ground had settled. Josh and his team are by far the best professionals I have worked with. I have a few other projects coming and I will want them back without a doubt.

Back in 2011 I engaged Daniel to make a storage unit for my basement. The project was very challenging as it meant closing the space under my stairs. The process took twice as long for Daniel, but he showed commitment to do it right. In 2013 my basement got flooded and I asked Daniel to help me again as I knew Daniel would still be able to give me a high quality product. This time around, Daniel improved the installation process so he was more efficient; after the unit was in place, there were a couple of minor installation glitches that Daniel diligently dealt with, showing his strong orientation to customer delight. At the end, the quality was again excellent. At the finalization of the projhect, Daniel sent me a customer feedback form showing even more commitment to improve. I was amazed. Thank you Daniel !!

We had the need to re-upholster an old love seat and a chair. We went to Eurofab and found a great selection of fabric; we also found the company would not only sell us the fabric but would take care of the re-upholstery for a fee. The quality of the fabric was excellent but Eurofab scored really poor on client service. After we were there in person, their sales person took very long to send us an estimate as she initially agreed. I called multiple times and emailed her with no response. Many times, I just was told to call again, instead of being offered to leave a message. After we agreed to proceed and made an initial payment, Eurofab again went silent and our furniture was not being picked up. When I called to follow-up, Eurofab could not provide information since the salesperson takes the “employee book” with her and she was not in. I was asked to call again. The sales person finally responded to my call leaving an agressive message. After a few days, the furniture was picked up, repaired and delivered back to us. I would like to note that, the third party used by Eurofab for upholstery, did a very professional job. They were punctual and the quality of their work was excellent.

I contacted Nino via HomeStars to install a sprinkler system for my front and backyard. He diligently called me and we set up an appointment. The installation was part of a much larger landscape work that I coordinated. Right from the start, Nino demonstrated a friendly approach, knowledge, punctuality and quality. His work was praised by the landscapers I had hired. I had done my homework before and had an idea of what I wanted, but Nino definitely exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend him.

After working with Shaun on a powder room paint project, I asked him to help me paint the living / dining room, our family room and our master bedroom. We picked the paint and Shaun did everything else. He carefully planned the job, took special care of our furniture and some electronics and did a fantastic job. We used two colors, which meant he had to pay special attention to lines and his attention to detail was evident. Great job.

I heard of Tim from a business contact. When I called him, he made himself available almost immediately and we met for an estimate, which he gave me couple of days after. I called Tim later to confirm the job and he said he would call me in about a week. Said and done, he called, we scheduled a day and time and two of his team member came on site. Not only they did an ecellent job, but they also helped me fix a shower door previosuly installed by the builder. Hit was a very hot day and his team did not sacrifice quality at all. Tim and his team are great professionals.

We heard of Joseph from a previous customer. Since his first of many consultation visits to our home, Joseph showed superb organization and ability to understand our requirements. He drew designs for 9 closets, a small desk and a two-desk home office. After that, Joseph also demonstrated incredible patience through our discussions, multiple changes to his proposed designs, changes in materials and visits to his workshop. During installation, his team was also punctual, organized and left our place pristine. It was a true pleasure to work with Joseph on such an important project for our home. Thank you Joseph for such a great job.

Shaun at Piny came to paint my powdr room. I provided tools and paint. The job was complex as he had to remove toilet and sink. He came with a plan and executed to perfection. The job was completed with the highest standard and looks great!
