An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
The installation went very smoothly. The installer was here promptly at the time he said he would be. He was very polite and know exactly what he was doing. Quick and efficient and we were ready to go. We have since had an issue in that the other night our smoke detector went off when I was frying something on a grill in the kitchen. Safetech called but could NOT tell us how to turn it off and reset it which was really disappointing and not understandable by my husband and I.
